If some day I will return to Granada, I think I will come back to this hotel.

A good room, the polite and helpful staff. I liked the inner yard, which was so special. The location was the exactly such as I expected, comfortable and close to Alhambra.

Location, Reception is excellent. . Good Breakfast and coffee.

Acoustis is poor. No notice pad and pen to make notices. No hangers in the Gardrobe. For two persons Room is conjested.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, easy for the Old Town and the aAlhambra and Cathederal.

Breakfast was of a high standard and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Location, location

The location is perfect, within walking distance from the Cathedral and the bus stop for Alhambra. One may even walk to Albecine.

Breakfast has no warm dishes in particular no scrambled eggs. Parking was quite expensive.

Great two nights stay in Granada

Location, WiFi connectivity, Staff

Busy Restaurants and bars in the street which stay open until late night. Walls are not insulated properly and you can hear next door and their plumbing. Was provided room with twin beds instead of the single double bed requested during booking. For the price paid, I think breakfast should be included.

Great location and a stones throw from the bars and restaurants

Great location to the centre of Granada! Nice hotel with friendly staff on reception. Room and hotel was clean. Discounted car parking very close but still expensive in my opinion.

Shame cheaper parking couldn’t have been arranged. We did get it discounted to €25. Also no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

A litte gem

The location of the hotel was fantastic little bus at the end of the street to take you up to Alhambra Palace. Lots of tapas bars as you step out of the door. A beautiful city. Breakfast was continental but lots of choice and the lady on the restaurant was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

We're a little disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for an early morning cuppa but could live without that.

Great place in the city center.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the maids were very nice. The location is outstanding. Just feet away from great tapas bars and restaurants. Also close by are shopping and sight-seeing.

We had a very difficult time finding public parking. Google maps led us down many very narrow "streets". After about 45 minutes of searching for a garage with space we finally found one about 20 minutes away. When we asked the lady at the front desk, she said their recommended garage is 2 blocks away. Would be nice if that information (address) is given prior to arriving.

Good hotel with amazing views

Excellent location just opposite the Cathedral. I had a room with view of the Alhambra from the balcony. The hotel is a very old building with a courtyard as in Andalucia, but very well maintained. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, where you can catch a bus to go up to Alhambra. Staff very polite and helpful, even booked a cab for me to go to the bus station.

Though I had a fantastic view from the room, being on upper floor meant having to carry heavy suitcase up the steep staircase. There is an elevator till Floor 3, so please be aware when choosing your room. Some more warm items would have been nice in the breakfast menu.

Will stay here again

This hotel is smack in the center of everything yet was still quiet enough for me. Great for sightseeing with easy access to the room for breaks.

The bathroom had mold hiding in strange places—around the rim of the toilet bowl and the hinge of the shower door.

Very Good

Great staff very helpful and easy to communicate with in English. Location was very convenient to the center and getting to Alhambra. We asked to leave our bags at the hotel for a few hours before check in but when we arrived our room was already ready so we were given our key. The room is a basic but great value and is what you need for a good rest

Very Good

The hotel was very close to the Alhambra and to the cathedral. Big bathroom with bidet.

The hotel needs a timely renovation. The big problem was that on the main Boulevard with access to the San Agustin Parking was an event and was closed. The hotel did not inform me in time of the problem and after I called them, they told me to park at Triunfo Parking which is roughly 1.1 km away. I had to walk with two luggages to the hotel. The same problem when I left, because no bus was available to take me to the Parking. Maybe the parking problem will be solved timely.
